| Description: | Sholom Community Alliance, one of the leading senior housing and healthcare service organizations in the Twin Cities, is seeking part time and on-call LPNs to join our team at the Shaller Campus in St. Paul.

| Duties: | Responsibilities will include:
- Observation of residents and make appropriate interventions.
- Complies with all pharmaceutical policies.
- Develops and communicates resident care plans.
- Complies with standards of professional documentaion.
- Communicates and manages the delivery of resident care.
- Treats residents and staff with respect and dignity, knows Resident Bill of Rights and
- Vulnerable Adult Policies.
- Adheres to good working habits.

| Qualifications: | - Is currently licensed as an LPN by the state of MN.
- Has the desire & ability to give primary care to geriatric, convalescent, chronically, seriously or terminally ill residents with respect, caring and understanding.
- Adheres to Federal/State regulations and guidelines including Resident's Rights.
- Able to recognize significant changes in the condition of residents and take necessary action.
- Must be able to display tact & good judgement in dealing with varying situations involving physicians, residents and their families and visitors as well as management & staff.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to work well with others & maintain harmonious relationships with members of the professions & with his/her nursing colleagues.
- Must be able to safely perform the essential job functions, with or without reasonable accomodation, without posing a direct threat to other employees, residents or self.
